Each manager serves as the primary point-of-contact and has a comprehensive understanding of client objectives, initiatives, and work processes.

Our clients are never left in limbo. The client services team acknowledges the receipt of all client requests within two hours and completes them within 24 hours. All client information and communications are stored in our Microsoft CRM 3.0 platform, enabling objective measurement and reporting of response time for issue resolution.

Amy Phillip joined SGI's accounting team in 2000 and subsequently held positions as accounts receivable specialist and project manager before becoming an account manager in 2007. She holds a B.S. in education from Indiana University.
